Every year, Ferrari presents the prestigious Testa Rossa Awards, a celebration equivalent to the Olympic Games, spotlighting technicians, salespeople, after-sales managers and marketing experts. The competition is part of the RRR (Recruit, Retain, Reward) strategy, aimed at attracting, retaining and rewarding top talent.
The selection criteria for each category are rigorous, including customer service tests and assistance to mystery customers with a variety of needs. Technicians, meanwhile, are given the task of quickly and efficiently diagnosing vehicles remotely.
Competitors follow an intensive training program. The competition is rigorously orchestrated: the finalists, already champions in their respective regions, begin their journey to Maranello from their dealership for the final. The last edition brought together competitors from 20 different countries, representing 11 different regions.
Gregory and Florent shone in their respective categories, and will be representing our dealership in a bid for the title of World Champion.
Gregory joined the Modena Sport team in 2008 as a technician, and went on to train as a Master Technician and Ferrari High Voltage Technician.
In 2015, Gregory climbed the ladder to become Workshop Manager and, in 2020, After-Sales Manager.
Florent joined the Modena Sport teams in 2019 as Master Technician. After completing his training at Maranello, he will be promoted to Workshop Manager in 2021.
Prior to his arrival at our dealership, he held a number of positions with various racing teams, including AF Corse Ferrari in 2014.
