New dealership, new era
Modena Sport is preparing an important change in Toulouse with the construction of its new concession in Escalquens, intended to replace that of Balma. This move is expected for 2027 and is part of a clear desire to offer an unparalleled customer experience while strengthening the brand’s presence in the Toulouse region.
The new site, located in the La Masquère business park in Escalquens, will cover an area of approximately 6000m², more than double that of the current concession. This area will accommodate an exceptional showroom, integrating a patio with trees and modern facilities perfectly adapted to the expectations of our customers. This building will combine prestige and innovation to combine luxury with environmental responsibility.
The project, designed by Frédéric Bernal Architecture, reflects the expertise of a renowned agency in the field of high-end commercial architecture. The project management is entrusted to Atelier B, ensuring rigorous management of the site. Together, they translate the vision of a modern, fluid and integrated dealership in its local environment, just like Ferrari.
This new concession will not be limited to a simple exhibition space. It will also include a workshop with almost doubled capacity as well as exceptional vehicle storage space.
The move to Escalquens responds to a strategy of development, visibility, and functionality. Located just a few minutes from the Toulouse ring road, this location offers easy access while maintaining exclusivity and discretion. It also places the brand near dynamic economic hubs, facilitating relationships with customers and partners.
Modena Sport thus wishes to strengthen its role in the luxury automotive industry in the south-west of France. The work is scheduled to start in March 2026, with an official opening planned for May 2027. This inauguration will mark a new stage in our history, offering our clients a prestigious setting perfectly suited to their requirements, combining luxury and performance.
